We are fully Licensed to work on commercial locks, to install data points, structured cable systems for call centres, alarms as well as advise on your security requirements.

Sylverkey Locksmithing Services can provide you with Mastered, Restricted and Restricted Master keyed systems for your premise be it a container yard, a factory, a shopping centre or a single room office. We have not just years of experience but also a wide variety of sites that we work across from intrinsically safe working areas, boats and ferries, transport stations, schools, construction sites and everything in between.

Sylverkey Locksmithing Services provides a 24 hour on call service for emergencies, our after hours phone isn't answered by a call centre but by a locksmith, the locksmith who will came out to help you. While your call (rarely) might go to message bank, we will call you back if you leave a message. Our after hours service can handle any job that you might need to be done to get you back up and running from letting you into a truck or cutting keys for a forklift even making the site secure after a break in or as a result of a staff member leaving suddenly.

I would like to thank you for the services you provided whilst cutting four keys for my mother’s unit in Edith St Wynnum. On advising the initial set of four keys were not suitable you re-cut them and provided four more. These too were not suitable and you then had one of your staff visit her residence within minutes of my advice and appraise the situation. That resulted in the staff member removing the lock and returning to your shop to further appraise the situation. This resulted in a further cutting of keys, re-visiting the residence and re-installing the lock whereupon the matter was brought to a successful conclusion.

This was done in a friendly atmosphere and at no extra cost to the customer.
